1. Agreement to Terms

GamekeyDiscounter.com offers digital game keys and licenses ("Products"). Each product is sold as a software license key provided by publishers and distributors.

• Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all product information is error-free
• Each key is a single-use license intended for personal use only
• Keys are region-locked where applicable (restrictions vary by game and publisher)
• You are responsible for verifying regional compatibility before purchase

3. Account & Registration

If you create an account with GamekeyDiscounter.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

4. Purchase & Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by GamekeyDiscounter.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without liability.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your account for the order amount plus any applicable taxes or fees.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable VAT/GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Fraud Prevention: We may verify payment information and may delay delivery if fraud is suspected. We are not liable for delays due to fraud detection.

5. Delivery & Key Activation

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, product keys are delivered instantly to your registered email address and account dashboard.

Delivery Delays: Whilst we aim for immediate delivery, technical issues may occasionally cause delays. Delays of up to 24 hours are not considered a breach of these terms.

Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your key within 24 hours:

• Check your spam/junk email folder
• Log into your account dashboard to view purchased keys
• Contact our support team with your order number

Key Activation: You are responsible for activating keys on the correct platform (Steam, Epic Games, Origin, etc.). We provide activation instructions but are not responsible if keys are activated incorrectly or on the wrong account.

6. Refunds & Returns

Non-Refundable Purchases: Because digital game keys are instantly delivered and immediately usable, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the key has been delivered and is visible in your account.

Limited Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Key is defective or non-functional (must be reported within 7 days of purchase)
• Duplicate or incorrect key was issued (our error)
• Consumer rights under applicable legislation require it
• Payment processing error resulting in duplicate charges

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact info@gamekeydiscounter.com with:

• Your order number and email address
• Detailed reason for refund request
• Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer keys obtained from our Platform
• Attempt to obtain keys through fraudulent means or payment fraud
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, test, or exploit the Platform
• Engage in chargebacks or dispute payments without legitimate reason
• Share or disclose keys publicly before activation
• Use keys from one region in another region where they are region-locked
• Violate the terms of service of any game platform or publisher
• Engage in any conduct that harms or disrupts the Platform or other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, purchase cancellation, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and materials on GamekeyDiscounter.com are owned by or licensed to Digital Distribution Group B.V. and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use this Platform for personal shopping purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Distribute, perform, or display our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

All game titles, artwork, and intellectual property belong to their respective publishers and developers.

9. Limitation of Liability

GamekeyDiscounter.com does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Keys will function on all systems or with all games
• Product descriptions are accurate or complete
• Services will meet your expectations or requirements

Liability Cap: Except where prohibited by law, GamekeyDiscounter.com's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. This applies to all claims including breach of warranty, negligence, or any other theory.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from your misuse of keys or Platform
• Third-party actions or game publisher decisions
• Technical issues or platform downtime

10. Indemnification
